Editor Presets
Save a look and output setup you use often, then apply it to another image or recording. Image and video presets are stored separately.
Create and apply#
- Adjust the background and export settings. For recordings, also adjust cursor settings if needed.
- In Preset at the top of the side panel, use + or open the list and choose New preset.
- A preset is created from your current settings. Click its name to rename it, then press Enter or use the confirmation button. Press Escape or leave the name field to cancel the rename.
- Open the list and choose a preset to apply its settings.
Update or delete#
When settings differ from the selected preset, the save button becomes available. Save to update the preset; a brief check mark confirms the update. To make a variation instead, create a new preset from the current settings.
To delete a preset, open the list, use its trash icon, and confirm in that row. Deleting a preset does not delete your capture or workspace.
What is included?#
Presets include background decoration, export settings, and cursor settings for video. They do not include annotations, crop/transform edits, or timeline edits such as trims and zooms. Those belong to the individual workspace.
